Includes all utilities, internet, and furnishings. 12 month plan, 13,000 baht per month, 1 month security deposit. Includes, water, high speed internet and all furnishings. The apartments are ready to move in with everything you need . Just bring your suitcase and personal belongings.
Electricity for 12 month plan is at the current government rate, which is subject to change. Each floor has separate electric and water meter. The building has 5 floors with floor 1 being the restaurant, and floors 2-5 all 1 bedroom apartments. There is no elevator in the building! No smoking is allowed in the building and is a drug free building. Only 2 tenants maximum per apartment.
