Electricity for 12 month plan is at the current government rate, which is subject to change. Each floor has separate electric and water meter. The building has 5 floors with floor 1 being the restaurant, and floors 2-5 all 1 bedroom apartments. There is no elevator in the building! No smoking is allowed in the building and is a drug free building. Only 2 tenants maximum per apartment.
